The Hilton Club – New York opens as HGV’s first urban property.

2003

Hilton Grand Vacations’ first international office is established in Tokyo, Japan.

2008

Mark Wang is appointed president of Hilton Grand Vacations.

 

Kings’ Land by Hilton Grand Vacations Club debuts as the brand’s second resort on Hawaii Island.

 

The Grand Waikikian by Hilton Grand Vacations Club opens in Honolulu as the largest vacation ownership resort in Waikiki.

2009

West 57th Street by Hilton Club makes history opening as the first purpose-built vacation ownership property in Manhattan.

2010

Hilton Grand Vacations signs its first fee-for-service deal, welcoming Hilton Grand Vacations Club at Anderson Ocean Club to its portfolio.

2013

Sunrise Lodge, a Hilton Grand Vacations Club opens as the brand’s first property in Park City, UT.

2014

Hilton Grand Vacations extends its footprint in Europe with the opening of Hilton Grand Vacations Club at Borgo alle Vigne, located in Italy’s Tuscany region.

2015

Hilton Grand Vacations reaches two major milestones with approximately 250,000 Club Members overall and 50,000 in Japan.

2016

Hilton announces the planned spin-off of Hilton Grand Vacations.

 

The District by Hilton Club opens, marking HGV’s entrance into the Washington, D.C., market.

Ocean Tower by Hilton Grand Vacations Club begins sales, marking the fourth HGV resort on Hawaii Island.
